We are excited to share the news of the launch of our new school menu, starting this week. Please see enclosed our new two week menu that is now available across all Trust schools.
Following our recent survey and as part of our commitment to providing nutritious and delicious meals, we’ve revamped our offerings to include an improved meal offer each day. Our new menu is designed to encourage children to explore different foods while ensuring they still have access to their favourite, familiar items if other options don’t appeal to them.
In light of the recent rises in food prices, we’ve worked hard to offer excellent value for money and ensure several hot food options are available every day. We are proud to say that our new menu features more sustainably sourced items, aligning with our efforts to reduce our environmental impact. During this term, we will be removing all single use plastic bottles and providing more environmentally friendly options.
The daily charge for our set menu meal deal will now be £2.70, effective from 3rd September 2024. We believe this updated pricing reflects the quality and flexibility of the meals provided, and we remain committed to offering good value, nutritious options that meet the diverse needs of our learners. Learners who are eligible for free school meals will receive the updated meal deal amount each day.
